I spent time savoring a beautifully prepared bamboo chicken dish, perfectly balanced in flavor, which reminded me of the importance of local ingredients in a region known for its culinary heritage. The welcoming nature of the staff was apparent. They were attentive, ensuring that each guest felt comfortable. I appreciated their guidance on local dining experiences, directing me to nearby spots like Nhan's Kitchen, which added authenticity to my exploration of Hoi An’s vibrant culinary landscape.
