Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Hoi An Babylon Riverside Hotel, I had the opportunity to explore its culinary offerings, which were quite satisfying. Breakfast presented a delightful assortment, featuring American, Asian, and vegetarian options. One morning, I opted for a traditional Vietnamese pho, which transported me to the vibrant streets of my beloved France—such a blend of cultures that I find fascinating. The ambiance of the hotel’s restaurant was equally captivating. With its inviting decor, it encouraged a leisurely dining experience. I spent time savoring a beautifully prepared bamboo chicken dish, perfectly balanced in flavor, which reminded me of the importance of local ingredients in a region known for its culinary heritage. The welcoming nature of the staff was apparent. They were attentive, ensuring that each guest felt comfortable. I appreciated their guidance on local dining experiences, directing me to nearby spots like Nhan's Kitchen, which added authenticity to my exploration of Hoi An’s vibrant culinary landscape. In summary, my experience at Hoi An Babylon Riverside Hotel combined comfort with a genuine taste of the local culture. This hotel should certainly appeal to fellow travelers who appreciate culinary innovation and a welcoming atmosphere.
